LEGAL & PRIVACYPrivacy Policy
Effective: August 2026 · This policy explains how MB INFOSOFT handles information across this website, enquiries, service engagements and managed software products.
1. Information we collect
We may collect contact details, organisation information, enquiry content, commercial requirements, support communications, account and authorised-user details, payment references, uploaded project materials, device/IP information, security logs and usage information necessary to deliver or protect a service.
2. How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, provide demonstrations, configure and support services/products, administer subscriptions, send operational messages, secure accounts, detect misuse, maintain records, improve delivery and meet legal or tax obligations.
3. Managed products and customer data
For white-labelled rental software, the customer organisation generally controls the business data entered by its authorised users. MB INFOSOFT processes that data to host, maintain, secure, back up and support the subscribed application according to the commercial scope and applicable instructions.
4. Email, OTP and communication providers
Transactional and approved bulk email may be delivered through AWS SES or another configured provider. SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateway, cloud hosting, monitoring and support providers may process limited data needed for their function.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with approved infrastructure, payment, communication or professional service providers; with a customer’s authorised administrators; when required by law; or to protect users, systems and legitimate rights.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational controls such as SSL/TLS, access restrictions, authentication, logging, backups, patching and monitoring according to scope. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained only as needed for delivery, support, legal, security, backup or accounting purposes.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies and limited analytics or security technologies. Third-party embeds or services may set their own cookies subject to their policies.
8. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and contractual duties, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons.
9. Children and candidate/student data
Services such as School ERP, admission and recruitment systems may process children’s, student or candidate data under the authority and policies of the subscribing institution. The institution is responsible for appropriate notices, permissions and lawful use.
10. Contact and updates
Questions may be sent to info@mbinfosoft.com or +91 81304 00297. We may update this policy when services, laws or operating practices change; the effective date above will be revised.
